48-Hour Return Policy

You have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed and unaltered

• In the same condition in which it was received

• With all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

Proof of purchase may be required.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@p24k.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping & Return Shipping

P24K Dresses provides FREE shipping on original orders within the United States and Canada.

If you choose to return an eligible item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed by P24K Dresses.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. P24K Dresses is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be required so we can review the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for items that:

• Have been worn, washed, used, or altered

• Have missing or removed tags

• Have makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, odors, or other signs of wear

• Have been damaged after delivery

• Are returned outside of the 48-hour return period

• Are marked Final Sale

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to P24K Dresses.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
