P24K Dresses provides FREE shipping on original orders within the United States and Canada.

Orders are generally expected to arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to P24K Dresses. Free shipping applies to the original order and does not include return shipping.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
